We can help take the worry and inconvenience out of driving to pick your order up, asking a friend to borrow a truck or the cost of renting a trailer. DirectBuy has partnered with local delivery companies to provide a white glove delivery service into your home when a manufacturer home delivery program is not available. This includes delivery into the home, and services like basic assembly and installation in the room of your choice and the removal of packaging material.
Our members have shipping and delivery options designed to fit their needs and limit stress. In the middle of a large renovation and don’t have the space to store your items? We can work with you to help ensure your delivered order is safely stored until you’re ready
Finally, if there are any imperfections with your order, we will act as an advocate for you, helping you get the situation resolved with the vendor, so that you’re 100% satisfied with the quality of your order.
